By purchasing from Kelly Renee Jewellery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Authenticity and Quality: All our Jewellery pieces are crafted using high-quality materials sources from reputable suppliers. We use genuine gold alloys (9ct and 18ct) in rose gold and other materials as described in the product listing.
• Custom orders: All items are made to order based on selected preferences as my suppliers CAD team needs to be notified, please email me on kelly@kellyreneejewellery.com.au so I can collect the relevant information and then contact my supplier to place the order. Please double check and review all your details before submitting a custom order, as they are not refundable and once placed, changes may not be possible.
• Repairs and Resizing: Kelly Renee Jewellery does not offer repairs or resizing services. If a piece requires resizing or repair, we recommend you take it to a qualified local jeweler of your choice.
• Payments: Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase/order at checkout.
• Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in the material/metal prices and supplier costs. Prices listed on the site are in AUD including GST unless otherwise stated.
• Privacy: We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during checkout is used only to fulfill your order and is never shared without consent unless to my supplier to make the order.
• Faulty Items: If your item arrives faulty or damaged, notify us within 7 days with clear photos so I can speak with my suppliers about a possible remake/replacement at our/suppliers' discretion, or to resolve the issue.
