Due to the made-to order nature of our products as we purchase from our supplier, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for assistance, so I can follow up with my suppliers, then get back to you as soon as possible.
