Kelly Renee Jewellery is an Online E-Commerce Jewellery Store, which the office is based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, so all orders will be dispatched from Melbourne. 

We offer reliable tracked shipping Australia-wide and internationally through trusted carriers like Australia Post. 

Please Keep in Mind these Timeframes: 

Items will be made by my supplier and then dispatched to me for packaging: Standard: 2-3 working days from dispatch from my supplier. Express: 24 hours from date of dispatch. * Postal Address Only, No PO BOX, charges Apply.

Then I'll be Sending varier Australia Post after Packaging: 2-6 Business Days for Parcel Post for standard across Australia. 1-3 Business days for Express Post for faster delivery across Australia. Registered Post International - Provides added security for overseas, deliveries with estimated transit times of 3-10 Business days between major metropolitan areas. Tracking and signature on delivery will be available. 

StarTrack Courier - same day delivery with designated metropolitan areas. Proof of post, requires a signature on delivery, secure for valuables and delivery time can be extended up to 21 days due to custom clearance.

Economy International: Suitable for non-urgent parcels, don't require tracking. 15+ Business days by Airmail. 2-3 Months by Sea Mail. Signature on delivery and Extra Cover Available. 

Please ensure your shipping address and details are correct and up to date to avoid delays. Once dispatched by my supplier to me to be packaged, then will be sent to you by Australia Post, you'll receive an email with a tracking number for you to monitor your parcel's journey from this carrier. 

Fulfillment and Dispatch: All Jewellery is made to order by my supplier. Please allow 7-14 Business days for Production before dispatch, then the items will come to me to be packaged and then shipped to you through Australia Post. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped, along with your tracking number. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal or customs services but will assist where possible if issues arise. 

Signature on Delivery: Signature on delivery is an option through Australia Post, without this option, your parcel may be left in a safe location at the discretion of the courier.

Insurance and Delivery Protection: You are welcome to ask for shipping insurance to protect your parcel from loss or damage during transit, so please let me know and I'll ask if this is available through the Australia Post Office, While we take great care, Kelly Renee Jewellery is not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to postal service issues or incorrect addresses provided.
