2. Do you offer Rhodium Plating or sell plating products?
Yes - Rhodium Plating is available through our trusted suppliers and is included as part of the finishing process for many white-gold pieces such as chains. At this stage, we do not sell standalone plating products, as all finishing is completed through our professional manufacturing suppliers to ensure the highest quality.
3. Can I place an order on weekends or public holidays?
Of Course! You can place your order online anytime, anywhere since the website will be open 24/7 but please keep in mind that our office hours are only open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and our office will be closed weekends, public holidays and evening so orders placed outside office business hours will be processed the following business day.
4. How can I contact customer service?
If you have a question, request or a custom enquiry, I'd love to hear from you. Please reach out via email at kelly@kellyreneejewellery.com.au and I'll personally follow up with my supplier and get back to you as soon as possible. At Kelly Renee Jewellery, every message matters - your satisfaction and confidence in your purchase are our top priorities.
5. What materials do you use in your Jewellery?
We use a variety of high-quality materials including sterling silver, gold, white gold and rose gold elements with diamonds. Each product listing specifies the materials used.

7. Is your Jewellery handmade?
Many of our pieces are handmade or hand-assembled with care by our suppliers, each design is created with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
8. Do you repair or resize jewellery?
Unfortunately, Kelly Renee Jewellery doesn't do repairs or resizing as our supplier doesn't provide this service.
9. Do I ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide with tracking and Extra Insurance is available.
10. Do you offer ethically sourced materials?
Yes! We have partnered with trusted suppliers to ensure our products are ethically and sustainably sourced.
11. How did Kelly Renee Jewellery Start?
Kelly Renee Jewellery started out as a business created from my father for me to be able to grow more independently, but unfortunately my father passed away so it became more of a business created from love and emotion. Kelly Renee Jewellery established in 2025.
